Home in Salt Lake City

40&OFL is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Year one is 2 to 4 professionally sanctioned events, then expansion toward Las Vegas, regional cards, and a global PPV audience.

Disciplines include boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, according to the athletic commission in each jurisdiction.

Co-founders Adam Smith (tech, media, live production) and Augustist King (music and entertainment) built the league so age would never be the reason someone sat out.

PPV, storytelling, and distribution run on Observable Universe.
